Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is known to be a funny and calm personality. On occasions though the 36-year-old is caught in awkward situations. During the Cape Town Test last month Rohit was caught using curse words while chatting with his teammates

It was a repeat of the same on Saturday during the second India vs England 2024 Test series in Vizag. The Indian skipper could be heard warning the other players not to show slack in his way.

“Koi bhi Garden main ghoomega toh Maa C**D dunga sabka”. While it isn’t clear who the comment was directed at, but it didn’t make for great listening. Once the video went viral, fans started debating who it was meant for.

India holds the upper hand during the Vizag Test –

It was a happy day in the office for Indian skipper Rohit Sharma when the stumps were drawn. The home team leads by 171 runs with three full days of Test Cricket left to play in Visakhapatnam. Rohit Sharma is batting on 13 off 13 balls while Yashasvi Jaiswal is on 15 off 17 balls. Both batters have hit three fours each in their knock so far.

Jasprit Bumrah emerged as the best bowler of the day as he picked 6/45 with the ball. It was an amazing show with the ball by the 30-year-old. Joe Root was out to Bumrah for the 8th time in Test cricket when he was caught by Gill in the slips for 5.

The wicket of Ollie Pope will not be forgotten for a long time as the young batter saw his stumps dismantled. More damage was done by Bumrah when he dismissed Bairstow and Stokes to break England’s back.

Tom Hartley became wicket number five as the rest of the Indian players swarmed Bumrah. Speaking to the host broadcaster at the end of the day, Bumrah said “You always enjoy when you get rewards. In India, reverse swing plays a big role. Born in his country, you know how to use it to your advantage. You have to learn to bowl reverse”

Ending his chat Bumrah said “After that Pope delivery. I had in mind that they will be looking out for the inswinger. Was keeping an eye on what the batters were looking to do. Very happy. Try and avoid looking at the numbers. When you do that, you build pressure and don’t enjoy yourself”
