41-year-old leg spinner Amit Mishra has been out of the Indian Cricket Team for seven years now. In such a situation, there is a possibility that he will announce his retirement after IPL 2024. Let us tell you that the leg spinner was last seen playing for LSG (Lucknow Super Giants), he was selected for the team after injuries to many players. He was not bought by any team in three consecutive seasons. But LSG included him in their squad in IPL 2023. He played only 7 matches and took 7 wickets last year. There is every possibility that he may announce his retirement from both International and IPL. This 41-year-old leggie has played 154 IPL matches so far and he has taken a total of 166 wickets at an average of 23.95.

38-year-old wicketkeeper batter from Tamilnadu is an IPL legend. Dinesh Karthik. He played for several franchises in the IPL. He started his career with Delhi Daredevils in 2008. Then he moved to King’s Eleven Punjab in 2011. The next two years he spent in Mumbai Indians dug out then he moved back to Delhi in 2014, after that RCB bought him in 2015. In, 2016 and 2017 he played for Gujrat Lions and following four seasons he played in KKR, after that he joined RCB again. He worked on his finishing skills and made himself a proper finisher. He featured in 242 IPL games and scored 4516 runs at an average of 25.81.  His highest score was 97. Karthik will turn 39 this year. He might retire after this year’s IPL.

After this year's IPL, former India team skipper MS Dhoni can also say goodbye to this league. 42-year-old Mahi has made Chennai Super Kings the champions five times. He was about to say goodbye to the league in the last season itself. But with the love and support he received from the fans, he promised to play one more season. In such a situation, fans can see Mahi playing and captaining in the yellow jersey for the last time this season. MS Dhoni has scored 5082 runs in 250 IPL matches at an average of 39.09. His best score was 84 and his strike rate was 135.96. His side will face the first match in this season’s opener against Royal Challengers Bangalore on March 22 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
