Rohit Sharma is known for his casual nature and funny antiques on the field. Hailing from Mumbai, Rohit Sharma has a unique natural slang to his way of speaking which can get funny sometimes especially on the field during tense situations. In the past, there have been many instances where Rohit has passed some comments or Mumbai slang on the off-the-field on his teammates that got the viewers rolling.
A similar instance occurred in the second test of the South Africa tour when Rohit Sharma was fielding during the 2nd test match at Cape Town. Mohammed Siraj's delivery ricocheted off Nandre Burger's pads to Rohit Sharma at forward short leg, leaving South Africa struggling at 174/9. When Rohit Sharma hesitated about initiating a review, he expressed frustration using strong language before ultimately deciding to take the review since all three reviews were still available.
Rohit Sharma was heard saying, "Le leta hu Maa ch****e gaya, 3-3 hai," to which Virat Kohli responded, "Haan lele lele." This exchange, captured by the stump mic, was noticed by fans and quickly gained traction on social media.

India’s stellar comeback in the 2nd Test at Cape Town
After a one-sided defeat in the 1st test at Centurion, India staged a remarkable comeback in the 2nd test in Cape Town, securing a 7-wicket victory in the second Test against South Africa. This intense and closely contested match resulted in a series draw, with each team winning one Test.
Initially, South Africa seemed poised for success, especially with Aiden Markram's dynamic century (106 off 103 balls). However, India's fast bowlers, led by the outstanding Jasprit Bumrah who claimed 6 wickets, dismantled the Proteas batting lineup, restricting them to a modest 176 runs.
Facing a target of 79 runs, India aggressively pursued victory. Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal established a strong opening partnership of 44 runs, although Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli were dismissed cheaply. Yet, there was no need for concern as Shreyas Iyer confidently sealed the win with a splendid six over the infield, concluding the match in just 12 overs.
