The South African cricket team has locked horns against Bangladesh for their fifth game of the ODI World Cup 2023 on October 24 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Notably, Bangladesh regular skipper Shakib-Al-Hasan, who missed his last match against hosts India owing to injuries, has marked his way back into the squad. However, South Africa's regular skipper, Temba Bavuma, is still sick.

Speaking about the game here, it was Proteas stand-in skipper Aiden Markram who won the toss and invited the Bangladesh side to field first. Notably, Bangladesh star cricketer Shoriful Islam has provided an early breakthrough for his side as he dismissed star opener Reeza Hendricks in the game for just 12 runs. However, the left-arm pacer was spotted doing the dance step of Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan's song 'Ek Pal Ka Jeena' from his debut movie 'Kaho na Pyar hai.'

This small step by a 22-year-old cricketer showed he is a big fan of Bollywood. The clip has been widely shared on social media with some great comments. Notably, this is not the first incident in the ODI World Cup 2023 where the cricketer was seen doing the dance from famous Bollywood songs. A plethora of cricket players were seen dancing on the Bollywood step at the marquee event.

Today is an important game: Shakib-Al-Hasan

Meanwhile, Bangladesh's skipper, Shakib al-Hasan, revealed that he is fully fit now. The great all-rounder has replaced Towhid Hridoy in their starting lineup. In addition, the great all-rounder aims to show his class to win the game against strong proteas. The great spinner wishes to restrict South Africa to a small score to easily chase down the total.

"Fully fit. Hridoy is not playing, I come in the team for him. Today is an important game, we have to play our best cricket to win against SA. I don't mind bowling first. If we restrict them to a reasonable total, we can chase it down," Shakib-Al-Hasan said at the toss.
