WATCH: Screamer from Sneh Rana helps India to dismiss Alyssa Healy

Sneh Rana pulled off a screamer that helped India to dismiss Alyssa Healy. The dangerous batter could not do much damage as India claimed the big wicket in the match early. In a game which was otherwise dominated by the visiting side, the catch acted as a moment of brilliance for India, who ensured the control of the damage early in the run chase. 

Alyssa Healy tried to cut the ball towards the point region. But the ball caught the outside edge of the batter and flew towards the 3rd man region. Sneh was inside the circle and was fairly away from the point of impact. She had to make a huge effort to get there. But there was a lot of difficulty in catching. Hence, pulling it off was incredible and seemed very good on viewing.

Rana successfully dived towards her left and caught the catch with her left hand. The single-handed catch of Rana brought India back in the game as they got rid of a dangerous batter, who could have taken the game away from the home side in quick time. Rana's efforts were praised by her teammates who all lauded her. However, the celebration was momentary.

Australia dominate the game

Despite losing the star batter early in the chase, Australia was able to chase a big total of 283 runs with relative ease. India posted a very good total of 282 runs on the board, thanks to a good knock from the blade of Jemimah Rodrigues. Lower down the order, Pooja Vastrakar helped India with her sensational finishing, which propelled the home side to a good score.

India got the wicket of Healy early who was dismissed for a duck. What followed it was the domination from the visiting side. Litchfield scored 78 runs in 89 balls. Ellyse Perry played a fantastic knock and scored 75 runs in 72 balls. Beth Mooney scored 42 runs in 47 balls. Tahlia McGrath scored an aggressive fifty and saw her side home. Australia won the game comfortably by 6 wickets.
