India and South Africa faced each other in the third T20I at Holkar stadium, Indore on October 4, Tuesday. Albeit the Proteas clinched a discernible win against India by 49 runs, Men in Blue won the series 2-1.

There were many happy moments in the Indian camp despite the humiliating loss and Dinesh Karthik and the Indian skipper were involved in one of them. During the presentation ceremony, the duo shared a light moment and it went viral right away.

However, this was not the first time that the duo were spotted sharing great rapport as an image of the Indian skipper kissing Karthik’s helmet surfaced on the internet earlier as well. This moment, in specific, caught the eyes of the fans.

Here’s the video:

India will begin their 20-20 World Cup campaign against Pakistan

After winning the back-to-back T20I series against Australia and South Africa, the Indian stars will finally board the flight to Australia. The Men in Blue led by Rohit will begin their campaign against Pakistan on October 23, at Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Post the defeat against the Proteas in the third T20I, Rohit said that the Indian team needs a lot of alludes to be addressed at the earliest. “As a team we said at the beginning, no matter what happens with the result - there's always room for improvement. We want to keep getting better as a team. Teams have been quite challenging, they can challenge in all departments. Something we have been talking about at length. We need to look at lot of things. Surya's form is a concern (laughs),” said Rohit in the post-match interview.

“We need to understand what combination we can play. Bumrah is out of the World Cup, so we need to find a bowler who has experience of bowling in Australia. Not sure who that bowler is going to be, we will see once we travel to Australia, we'll find it out there,” he added further. As it stands, the Indian players will board the flight in the absence of Jasprit Bumrah and it remains to see if it would come to haunt later on in the mega tournament.
