Hardik Pandya, who is a vital cog in the Indian team, is preparing for the upcoming Asia Cup, which begins on August 27th in the United Arab Emirates. The senior members and Hardik were given rest during India's just-concluded three-match ODI series in Zimbabwe to be afresh for the Asia Cup.

On Tuesday, Pandya shared a video on social media where he could be seen imitating Jasprit Bumrah's bowling action and the way Bumrah celebrates. While putting out the video on Instagram, Hardik wrote, 'How's the form, Boom?' with a laughing emoji.

Here is the Video:

Bumrah replied to Hardik's post, praising him for both his action and the celebration. Krunal Pandya and Kieron Pollard both reacted to the video by writing "Zlatan", which refers to Swedish football icon Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Hardik, Krunal, and Pollard were a vital part of the Mumbai side along with Bumrah until the last season when Hardik was bagged by the Gujarat side and Krunal was snapped up in the auction for the 2022 edition of the Indian T20 League by the Lucknow side.

While Hardik Pandya has been named in India's squad for the upcoming Asia Cup, Jasprit Bumrah will take no part in the tournament due to a back injury. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru.

On Tuesday, the premier fast bowler uploaded a video of his road to recovery on social media. In the clip put out on Instagram, Bumrah could be seen jumping hurdles and throwing the ball as he looked to regain his old form again.

Without Bumrah in Asia Cup, the onus will be on Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Arshdeep Singh, and Avesh Khan. Harshal Patel will also miss the multilateral tournament as he is not a part of the squad because of injury. The Men in Blue will begin their campaign with a match against longstanding rivals Pakistan in Dubai which will be held on the 28th of August.
