Daniil Medvedev makes it to Australian open semi's after defeating Hubert Hurkacz in the quarter finals

The Australia Open is almost coming to an end with the quarter-finals almost done, there will be only 4 people in the race to win the title. Medvedev reaches 7th major semi-final

However, the Polish powerhouse came back at him winning the next set 5-7 making it a great and intense contest. In the end, it was Medvedev who had the last laugh winning the final set 6-4 and reaching his 7th major Semi-final.

Due to this great performance, Medvedev will be up against either Carlos Alcaraz or Alexander Zverev who will be as tough as a competitor for him. There will be some fans who will want him to beat the odds and win this all-important Grand Slam which has been eluding him for a long time.
