The 5-match T20I series between West Indies and England is still alive as England came back in the Third T20I in a high-scoring thriller. After losing the ODI series and the first two T20I it was important for England to do something special to come back in the series. That is exactly what happened as England beat the Caribbean giants by 7 wickets with just a ball to spare. This keeps the series in the balance at 2-1 with West Indies still in the lead after this heartbreaking loss. England still has to win all the remaining two matches to win the series which is a huge challenge for them.
This was a great match to watch with a lot of good performances by both England and West Indies batters, but the star of the show was England’s young prodigy, Harry Brook. The 24-year-old Yorkshire batter came out of nowhere and won the game for his side when chances were looking slim. The visitors needed 21 from the last over with the experienced Andre Russell to bowl. Brook who had just faced a mere 2 balls was on strike and started his assault. He put pressure on Russell straight away with a boundary and 2 sixes in the first three balls. With only 5 needed of the last three Brook glanced the next ball for 2 and six over third man to finish the game.

Summary of a great T20 game.
There is no doubt that this is one of the best T20 games so far this season with over 400 runs scored in the whole game. The West Indies were struggling at one stage at 62-3 in the 8th over. However, the beautiful knock of 82 from 45 balls from Pooran and a few cameos by the batters down the order was enough to get them to 222. England on the other hand started dominating from ball one with putting on 115 for the 1st wicket. The century by Philip Salt and the onslaught of Brook at the end was enough to hand them a great victory.
England has made a comeback in great fashion and will look to take this same confidence in the next two games. It will be interesting to see how this series will pan out in the end. Things are looking very intense in this ongoing series and we will be hoping for more surprises from it. Will the West Indies put the final nail in the coffin by winning the next game or will England continue the same dominating batting performance which they showed in this game, it will be a thing to watch out for.
