List of cricketers attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant pre-wedding festivities

Quite a lot of cricketers are expected to attend the three-day pre-wedding starting on March 1 at 5:30 PM in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The duo got engaged last year.

On March 1, the three-day event for pre-wedding festivities will start. For the unversed, this event is for Anant Ambani, son of Mukesh Ambani, the owner of Mumbai Indians and its subsidiaries. The former is getting married to Radhika Merchant in July this year. Months before this, the families of the bride and groom have decided to organize a pre-wedding event consisting of three days. 

Talking about the list of events before getting into the cricketers who will attend the events, the first day (March 1) will witness the ‘An Evening in Everland' event starting at 5:30 PM. On the next day, ‘A Walk on the Wildside’. As per the plans, the guests will be taken to the recently opened animal rescue center in Jamnagar. The last day (March 3) will witness two events, ‘Tusker Trails’ and ‘Hashtakshar’.

The first activity will allow the guests to see the breathtaking beauty of Jamnagar. In the last event, the guests will be dressed up in traditional Indian attires.

Cricketers who will attend Anant Ambani's pre-wedding

As per the recent updates, former India skipper  MS Dhoni and his wife, Sakshi have reached the destination. The former will be playing for Chennai Super Kings in the upcoming IPL 2022, starting on March 22. Apart from them, Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Zaheer Khan, Dwayne Bravo, Hardik Pandya, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Krunal Pandya, Rashid Khan, Sam Curran, Graeme Smith will attend the event. Notably, for the first time since 2012, Sharma will not lead the Mumbai Indians side as he has been replaced by Hardik Pandya. 

Zaheer Khan and Dwayne Bravo have been part of the MI and CSK teams as director of cricket operations and bowling coach respectively. Kishan has just lost the central contract of the Indian Cricket Board after failing to play Ranki Trophy for Jharkhand while Khan has been missing the game due to a back injury. Smith is currently working as director of cricket in Cricket South Africa.
