Amid the ongoing Test series between India and England, star India pacer Jasprit Bumrah's wife, Sanjana Ganesan, faces an online troll. However, she delivered a strong response to a troll attempting to body shame her following India's impressive win over England in Visakhapatnam.

Bumrah's stellar performance, securing nine wickets in the match, contributed to India levelling the series 1-1. However, celebrating Valentine's Day, Bumrah shared a promotional video featuring him and Sanjana, expressing their affection for each other. While the majority of fans showered the couple with love, a troll chose to fat-shame Sanjana in the comments section.

Unfazed, Sanjana responded with a sharp retort, stating, "School ki science textbook toh yaad hoti nahi hai tumse, bada auraton ke bodies ke baare mein comment kar raho ho. Bhaago yaha se You probably don't remember the science textbook from school; you're making comments about women's bodies. Run away from here."

Will Jasprit Bumrah take a rest from the ongoing Test series?

Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana Ganesan tied the knot in March 2021 and welcomed their son, Angad, in September 2023. After the triumph in Vizag, Bumrah dedicated his Man of the Match award to Angad, emphasising the joy of having his son accompany him on his first tour.

As speculation circulates about the management considering resting Bumrah for the Rajkot test to manage his workload, the fast bowler remains focused on family and cricket. Bumrah's dedication to his son and Sanjana's unwavering response to online negativity highlight the couple's resilience amid the demands of the cricketing world.

Recently, Dale Steyn, the legendary South African fast bowler, commended Jasprit Bumrah, acknowledging his unique ability to deliver wicket-taking yorkers in Test matches. According to Steyn, only a select few bowlers, such as Trent Boult and Mitchell Starc, possess the skill to consistently take wickets with such deliveries.

Steyn highlighted the universality of Bumrah's yorkers, emphasising that a well-executed yorker in any cricketing nation remains effective regardless of the pitch conditions. He praised Bumrah's adaptability, noting how he eliminates the influence of the playing surface to consistently succeed.
