Australia has continued its dominance in world cricket by producing another 10-wicket thumping victory over the inexperienced West Indies team in the first test of the two-test series at the Adelaide Oval Ground. On the back of sensational performances from Travis Head and Josh Hazlewood, Australia raced past West Indies in under 3 days and signified their dominance in world cricket.

After putting West Indies into batting after winning the toss, Australia restricted them to under 188 runs in the first innings and gained a sizeable lead of 95 runs because of a sensational innings of 119 runs by Travis Head who was the only batter to hit a century in the entire match. West Indies continued their horrid run with the bat and tumbled down for 120 runs in their second innings on the back of an emphatic five-wicket haul by Josh Hazlewood who ripped through the West Indian batting line-up with his pinpoint accuracy.
