In recent times, there are quite a few Indian cricketers have visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple. One of the first was former India skipper Virat Kohli, who was accompanied by his wife and Bollywood actress, Anushka Sharma. After his wedding, KL Rahul and his wife Athiya Shetty visited the temple. Axar Patel and his wife, Meha Patel followed the suit as well.
The latest entrant on the list is pacer Umesh Yadav. Notably, he became a father for the second time around the time when his father died last month. The 2013 Champions Trophy winner was seen in the holy place and the fans are losing their minds already. They have dropped memes and comments after seeing Yadav inside the temple offering prayers.

Umesh Yadav might play in the Test Championship final
Meanwhile, the right-arm pacer from Vidarbha played the last two games of the Border-Gavaskar Series. In the ongoing ODI series between both teams, Yadav has been expectedly omitted from the side. However, wth Jasprit Bumrah set certain to miss out, Yadav might get to play in the Test Championship 2023 summit clash.
India and Australia have qualified for the final. During the current cycle, the World Number Two Test side, India leveled a five-match Test series in England, lost in South Africa by 1-2, and won by 2-0 in Bangladesh. At home, they beat New Zealand by 1-0, brushed aside Sri Lanka by 2-0, and won against Australia by 2-1. Notably, they needed to win by 3-1 to directly qualify for the final.
They needed the Kiwis to beat Sri Lanka in Christchurch to reach the final. On the other hand, the Aussies only needed one win in the series to reach the final. During this cycle, the World's Number One Test side brushed aside the likes of England, West Indies, and South Africa at home.
