India are currently touring West Indies for a five match T20I series and are leading the series 2-1. With two more matches left, Rohit Sharma and Co. will do all it takes to win the series. Right after the West Indies series, the Men in Blue will tour Zimbabwe for a three match ODI series.

Zimbabwe recently won the T20I series against Bangladesh. They put on a great show against Bangladesh in the first T20I to win it by 17 runs. The confidence and intent of the Zimbabwean team has been fantastic of late. Although they lost to Bangladesh in the second T20I, they came back harder against Bangladesh in the third game and won it quite comfortably.

Coming back to the Indian camp, the seniors players like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have been rested for the series. There were reports earlier that claimed that it will be KL Rahul, who will be leading Team India for the Zimbabwe tour. However, things turned upside down when the wicket-keeper tested positive for Covid-19. Shikhar Dhawan is all set to lead the young Indian team once again. VVS Laxman will coach the team for the Zimbabwe tour.
