Rishabh Pant was the talk of the town after he deleted his story from Instagram which he uploaded in response to Urvashi Rautela’s interview. The actress has now responded with an Instagram post. Urvashi Rautela, the Bollywood actress, said in an interview with Bollywood Hungama that a person named "Mr RP" came to Delhi to go on a date with her.
She added further that she dozed off that night and ended up getting a lot of missed calls. Although she did not take the name of the person directly, fans realized that it was Rishabh Pant. The Indian cricketer then uploaded a story on his Instagram account saying that a few people were thirsty for fame and a name.
“It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them,” read the note. He then added hashtags--Mera Picha Chhoro Behen (leave me alone sister) and Jhuth Ki Bhi Limit Hoti Hai (There's a limit to lies too). Pant uploaded the story only to delete it later.
Urvashi Rautela has now responded to the southpaw's story on her Instagram account. She said that the young kid must play only with bat and ball. She added that she cannot be defamed at any cost.
The southpaw deleted the story as soon as he posted it. However, things have become worse as the actress has come up with a post on her account now. ”Chotu bhaiyaa (young brother) should play bat ball. Main koyi munni nahi hoon badnaam hone (I am no naive girl to be defamed) with young kiddo darling tere liye #RAKSHABANDHAN mubarak ho,” Rautela’s post read. And she followed it up with hashtags “#RPCHOTUBHAIYYA” and a few others.
The duo has been linked for a long time now and it doesn’t seem to end. With recent incidents, it is quite evident that the banter might carry on for a while. Meanwhile, Rishabh Pant will represent India in the upcoming Asia Cup 2022. He played well in the recently concluded T20I series against West Indies.
