The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) is ongoing and the teams are leaving no stone unturned to win the title, given that it is a productive competition for the Bangladeshi players who aspire to climb up the ladders and make a cut to the national squad. On January 31, Tuesday, Comilla Victorians contested against Khulna Tigers and it was the former who won the game chasing a mammoth target of 211.

During the first innings, in the final over of the match, two Pakistani teammates came together to have fun, although fans claimed that it was unwanted from the young pacer. While the young bowler who got involved in the banter was Naseem Shah from the Victorians, the other was the Pakistani batter who plays for the Tigers, Azam Khan.

To add more, the duo was caught involved in a banter, with the wicketkeeper Azam pushing the pacer away when the latter tried to give him a hug. However, it was Shah’s act that many found to be quite amusing as he tried to immediately Azam’s walk, indirectly taking a dig at his body weight, leaving the spectators shocked.

To add more, it was the Tigers who batted first and put on a massive total on the board at the end of the first innings, on the back of a stupendous 95 and 91 from Tamim Iqbal and Shai Hope respectively. The Victorians’ pacers had no clue for the batters whatsoever going for boundaries right from the start of the innings.

However, much to the surprise of the fans, the Victorians batter and West Indies star Johnson Charles scored a quickfire 107 off just 56 balls and helped the team chase it down in what was one of the finest games of the ongoing season. However, Charles was not the only winner as Mohammad Rizwan fired up for the team at the start with his 39-ball 73, putting the team on the front foot and eventually chasing the massive target down with 10 balls to spare.
