The third Test of the Ashes series between England and Australia has started on a good note. England dismissed the visiting Australian side to a total of 263 runs in the first innings. Mark Wood on his return to Test cricket produced a fiery spell and claimed a five-wicket haul. For Australia, Mitchell Marsh shined with the bat by scoring a counterattacking hundred. The two players had a terrific comeback to their respective sides and impressed the viewers.

For Australia, Pat Cummins was on song with the ball. The Australian captain was at his usual best with the ball and dismissed Ben Duckett and Harry Brook. Towards the end of the day, there was some drama, as Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow indirectly took a dig at the Australian players by gesturing at them being inside the crease. It only spiced up things amidst a really good contest between the bat and the ball. The day ended with Australia having a slight upper hand.

Craze for Ashes in England

With every passing day, the number of people switching to the series is increasing. The fans are genuinely interested in watching the two teams go at each other and give their best. In a must-win game for England, the home crowd has been acting as a twelfth man for the English. The fans are literally behind the players to achieve something special. The tickets for the third Test at Headingley aren’t easily available. There is a huge demand for watching the match.

Some of the fans could not get the tickets and hence started watching the match by sitting on the roof of buildings near the stadium. At the start of the second day of the third Test, the camera focused on the audience and found the crazy fans. England is currently in a tricky position with the loss of Joe Root's and Jonny Bairstow's wickets. Ben Stokes and Moeen Ali are currently anchoring the innings of England.
