When Rakhi Sawant expressed her love for Virat Kohli with ‘make my lips swell’ remark

Virat Kohli is a cricketing superstar and is counted among the most popular sportsmen across the world. He has a huge fan following and is the favourite cricketer of many stars across the nation. Before tying the knot with Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli was speculated to have dated a few other actresses from Bollywood.

Apart from cricketing skills, Kohli has a charming personality and carries himself with the utmost grace. In the past, many popular actresses have expressed their admiration for Virat Kohli but, there was one incident when Indian dancer and model, Rakhi Sawant went a step further while expressing her love for the Indian cricket superstar.

Back in the year 2015, the Indian dancer stirred controversy with a bizarre statement involving Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma.

"I like Virat a lot and Anushka hasn't confessed publicly as yet. But I am confessing my love for the young cricketer as I love him and since Anushka has not accepted his love openly, therefore, she would like to express her love for the cricketer." Rakhi said to media in an event.

She took a dig on Anushka by saying, "I really like Virat a lot because I want him to make my lips swell. If you can make Anushka's lips swell then you can make mine too, quickly".

Both Virat and Anushka, however, didn’t react to Rakhi’s comment and moved on with their lives. The duo is happily married and has a daughter as well. Virat Kohli, recently, made headlines after he took to Instagram to reveal that an intruder invaded his hotel room in Australia and made a video of the entire room.

“I understand that fans get very happy and excited seeing their favourite players and get excited to meet them and I’ve always appreciated that. But this video here is appalling and it’s made me feel very paranoid about my privacy. If I cannot have privacy in my own hotel room, then where can I really expect any personal space at all??, he wrote on Instagram.
