The Babar Azam led Pakistan side registered a five wicket win against Bangladesh to book a place in the semi final of the 20-20 World Cup 2022 which will take place at Sydney and the Men in Green will take on New Zealand on Wednesday.
On A sports Pakistan fast bowling duo Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis were discussing the intricacies of the game against Bangladesh where Pakistan won a low scoring thriller against Bangladesh. When Wasim was asked a weird question on behalf of a fan by Waqar.
The question went this way, "There is a very important question. Very important. It's addressed to you. The question is ‘Do clothes really get clean if washed with Ariel?," Younis asked Akram on the Pakistani sports show - The Pavilion. "I have been washing clothes for the last 10 years. Now, I am 56 years old. I can confirm that the clothes do get clean. Ariel. Ariel," Akram responded before Younis joked why the question was an important one for the viewers. Akram also came up with a hilarious response after the anchor branded him as the 'National Dhobi' (washerman) of Pakistan.

Pakistan beat Bangladesh by five wickets
Pakistan had a scare against Bangladesh at one point where Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan scored 25 off 32 balls and 32 off 32 balls which derailed Pakistan at the start. But once the duo was dismissed, Pakistan witnessed a turnaround.
Mohamad Harris and Shaan Masood produced the revival for the Men in Green as they scored 31 off 18 balls with one four and two sixes and 24 off 14 balls with two fours respectively which ensured that Pakistan are in the semi-finals of the 20-20 World Cup 2022.
In the bowling department Shaheen Afridi starred for Pakistan with the ball picking up 4-22 from his four overs. Shadab Khan continued his good from as he picked up 2-30 in his four overs. Pakistan kept Bangladesh to 127-8 in their 20 overs before Pakistan chased it down in 18.1 overs. Pakistan have won the 20-20 World Cup once in 2009 in England and will be looking for a second 20-20 World Cup title.
