Virat Kohli has a massive fan following not just in India but across the globe and there is no second opinion to that. The cricketer has made a name for himself with his prolific performances over the years. Even the greats of the game admire him for his ability to score runs with minimum effort. Time and again Kohli has proved that he is certainly one of the best cricketers to have ever played the game.

A fan from Pakistan was spotted wearing the Virat Kohli name and his Jersey number on a Pakistan Jersey during the match between Pakistan and Bangladesh. It is very rare to wear an Indian player's name on the Pakistan jersey as these are one of the most famous rival countries.

Many may think that's what's so special in this. So, for those, the interesting thing was that it was not India's jersey with Kohli's name printed on it. It was the Pakistan team's match jersey, but it did not have Pakistan's No.18's name imprinted on it and rather India's No.18's name on it. And quite obviously, the pictures of the man started going viral on the internet.

Pakistan remains unbeaten in Asia Cup 2023

Pakistan recorded an impressive seven-wicket win over Bangladesh in the opening Asia Cup 2023 Super 4 clash at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday, September 6. Winning the toss, Bangladesh Captain Shakib Al Hassan opted to bat first. With the exception of Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim, none of the Bangladeshi batters were unable to get going against the Pakistani pace attack. Bangladesh continued to lose wickets at regular intervals. As Pakistan bowled out Bangladesh for 193 in Lahore, Haris Rauf grabbed a four-for and Naseem Shah picked up three.

Chasing the target of 193, Babar failed with 17 runs, Rizwan added an 85-run stand with Imam-Ul-Haq for the third wicket. Imam led the way with 78 runs off 84 balls, and Rizwan finished undefeated with 63 runs off 79 balls to give Pakistan an easy victory. Bangladesh will return to action in a must-win game against Sri Lanka in Colombo on September 9 while high-flying Pakistan will take on tournament favourites India in their next match on September 10.
