There was only one man who stole the entire show, and it was the Mumbaikar Suryakumar Yadav. The 32-year-old played a blinder amassing 68 runs off 26 balls and smashed six sixes in the innings. The appreciations keep coming for the youngster and the only one to bow down to him to show respect was Virat Kohli.

The duo joined hands to put on an unbeaten partnership of 98 runs and the Indian veteran Virat Kohli bagged a fifty to his name after quite a long time. The former skipper has never shied away from showing his appreciation for the youngsters. The duo had a heated moment in the Indian T20 League earlier and fans recalled that incident when Virat Kohli kept praising the youngster for his knock against Hong Kong.

After his 'bow down' gesture, Virat Kohli pointed out to the dressing room while returning to the pavilion post the first innings and said, "Kya Hai Yeh?". It was evident that the former skipper was awestruck by the innings and did not let his stature take over his humble nature.

The Indian skipper Rohit Sharma said post the conclusion of the match that he was lacking in words to praise the youngster. He lauded the youngster and back him to do well in the future. The Mumbai batter was baffled by his innings and said that he wonders the secret behind Yadav's unorthodox shots.

"Honestly the kind of innings that played today, the words will be short. Every now and then, he comes up with such kind of knocks," the skipper said. "With the confidence he's got, he's going to come out and bat fearlessly, and some of the shots he played today, they are not in the books," he added further.

India has marched on to the Super Fours round alongside Afghanistan after a stunning victory against Hong Kong.
