Star India batter Virat Kohli has interacted with students in Bengaluru amid the Asia Cup 2023 camp. Kohli is currently getting ready for the tough cricket schedule ahead at the camp in Karnataka, with the Asia Cup slated to start on August 30. This will be a litmus test for the Indian team before the ODI World Cup 2023 starting on October 5. This Indian team camp is in Bengaluru for blood tests, yo-yo test clearance, and several fitness activities in the best way possible before the mega events. 

A video has gone viral where the former Indian skipper can be seen visiting a local educational institute and interacting with fans. The 34-year-old also shared his latest yo-yo test score via an Instagram story with a caption of 17.2, It is reported that the Indian Cricket Board demands at least a score of 16.5 from its players. Speaking of the video, Kohli can be seen waving towards the fans, and police were clicking photos with him.

Virat Kohli will be in action in the upcoming Asia Cup 2023

Kohli is considered one of the greatest batters of the modern era. Not only on social media but all of his fans come in large numbers to support the 34-year-old. He has scored over 25,000 runs and 76 hundreds in international cricket across all formats. On August 18, 2023, he completed 15 years in international cricket, having made his debut in 2008 against Sri Lanka.

India will kick off their campaign in the 16th edition of the Asia Cup when they lock horns with Pakistan on September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Sri Lanka. The Chairman of Selectors, Ajit Agarkar, along with the Men in Blue skipper, Rohit Sharma, announced the 18-member squad for the Asia Cup 2023 in a press conference on Monday, August 21, in Delhi. KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer are making their comebacks in the Indian squad after recovering from injuries for this marquee event.
