Urvashi Rautela and Rishabh Pant saga is never-ending and the fever hit Melbourne Cricket Ground during the India-Pakistan clash in the 20-20 World Cup played on October 23, Sunday. Ever since the actress mentioned the initials ‘RP’ in an interview with Bollywood Hungama and her revelation of her travel to Australia, fans have been going crazy over her for allegedly following the Indian wicketkeeper.
A video is now surfacing on the internet where fans can be seen chanting ‘Urvashi’ right in front of the player. Pant, who was left out of the playing XI in the match, was seen standing next to Arshdeep Singh behind the boundary lines. Although Pant seems to be not bothered by it initially, he eventually hits back saying something to his fans which is inaudible in the video.

India’s emphatic win at Melbourne
After putting Pakistan to bat first, the Indian pacers produced a mighty start to the game as Arshdeep removed the Men in Green skipper Babar Azam on the very first ball of the second over. Despite losing two early wickets, Pakistan bounced back and put on a total of 159 runs on the board at the end of the first innings.
The Indian openers KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma, who struggled to keep with the pace from Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf, failed to make it big and returned for a cheap score of just 4 runs apiece. However, Virat Kohli, who stayed till the end, scored an unbeaten 82 runs off 53 balls and helped India reach home with 4 wickets to spare.
Stunned by Kohli’s innings, the team India captain Rohit said that it was the best innings that the former played for India and added that he enjoyed it a lot. Further, the opener thanked the spectators who came in huge numbers for the match and was grateful for the support.
“Those two guys (Kohli and Pandya) are experienced. Staying calm and taking the game deep was very critical. Good for our confidence. Always crucial to get off the mark like this. We were in no position to win this. The way we won that's more pleasing for us. Hats off to Virat for the way he batted, has to be the best innings he has played for India. I would like to thank everyone, it's wonderful to see. Their support for us is very, very crucial wherever we go,” Rohit said in the post-match presentation.
