India is all set to take on Pakistan in the 20-20 World Cup on the 23rd of October at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The entire world has been waiting for this clash, and now Hollywood actor Dwayne Johnson has also expressed his excitement for the epic clash. Earlier this year, India faced Pakistan twice in the Asia Cup 2022, winning the first match but losing in the Super four stage.
Johnson worked with 20-20 World Cup broadcasters to promote his upcoming superhero film, Black Adam. In the Star Sports promo, the Hollywood legend discussed the rivalry between India and Pakistan. "When the greatest rivals collide, the world will stand still. This is more than just a cricket match. It’s time for India vs Pakistan," Johnson said in the promo.

The MCG is expected to be packed on matchday because all tickets for the October 23 game have been sold out. The MCG, with a seating capacity of 100,024, is the world's second-largest cricket stadium, after India's Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad.
India captain Rohit Sharma has already announced that his starting lineup for the match against Pakistan is decided. He stated that he does not believe in last-minute decisions and wants his players to begin preparing for the game as soon as possible.
"I don’t believe in last-minute decisions. We want to keep our boys informed about team selection before so that they can prepare early. I already have my XI for the Pakistan match. Already, those players are informed. I don’t believe in last-minute thing. I want them to prepare well," Rohit told reports on Saturday in Melbourne.
Meanwhile, Pakistan is full of confidence as Shaheen Shah Afridi prepares to return to the field after recovering from an injury. Last year's 20-20 World Cup saw the left-arm pacer dismiss India's top three batters, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli.
