Former India captain Virat Kohli has been on a vacation after the Bangladesh Test series. The player has since then taken time out for himself and his family. During the vacation, the star India player is travelling around the country.

On Thursday, Kohli went to Baba Neem Karoli’s ashram in Vrindavan with his wife Anushka Sharma, and daughter Vamika. A video that is doing the rounds of Twitter shows the family of three praying to the Baba and being blessed by in return.

A person is also seen putting a veil around Anushka in the video while Kohli’s daughter does her own thing unmoved by the code of the place. The video shows a priest saying to the Baba, “Aap bhartiye cricket team ke kaptaan hain, aur ye film industry me abhinetri hain. Ye aapse milne aaye the, aapka satsang sunte hain.”

Baba Neem Karoli then asks the priest to put ‘chunri’ over Anushka and mala to Kohli. He also asks the priest to put one small ‘mala’ over Vamika.

Here's the video of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's ashram visit:

Soon fans started to share the video and comment with their opinions. One fan wrote, “God bless this family” while another said, “Vamika is so adorable.” Although not much is known of their itinerary, a report from India Today says that the family arrived in Vrindavan on Wednesday morning. They then distributed blankets to the needy and also meditated for an hour inside the ashram. The power couple is believed to be devout believers of Neem Karoli Baba.

The couple had also visited the ashram in Uttarakhand last year where they had distributed blankets as well. The two have recently returned from their New Year’s bash in Dubai. Kohli is taking a small break from cricket before the Border- Gavaskar Trophy in February. Anuska meanwhile has just finished the shoot of her next movie Chakda Xpress which is based on the life of legendary woman cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
