Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will square off again in the ongoing Indian Premier League on Friday, April 28 at the Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium in Mohali. Ahead of their clash, PBKS speedster Arshdeep Singh was seen having a fun chat with LSG players, most likely after their practise session on Thursday evening.
In a video shared by the Lucknow-based franchise on Twitter, Arshdeep engages in a hilarious banter with LSG power-hitter Nicholas Pooran, while some of his teammates including Avesh Khan, Ravi Bishnoi and Jaydev Unadkat are also seen nearby.
The West Indies cricketer asked Arshdeep to treat him with Dal Makhani, and the left-arm pacer in reply said that if he doesn't hit him for a six in the match, he will surely treat. Pooran said that he will not smash sixes and will only deal in singles, and that he would want to eat Dal Makhani later in the night, along with paneer butter masala and butter chicken.
Pooran asked: “Dal Makhani. Dal Makhani tonight. Arshdeep, can you carry Dal Makhani for us tonight?”
“Yeah, as long as you promise me you won’t hit me for a six,” replied Arshdeep.
Pooran, in reply said, “Of course bro, I only hit you for singles, you know that. Every time you bowl yorkers to me, so will you carry some Dal Makhani for us tonight?”
