Talking about the tournament, the first two days have some immense giant killing. In the inaugural game of the tournament, Namibia humbled Sri Lanka to make the fans and cricket fraternity go crazy. On the other hand, Scotland floored two-time winners, West Indies to start their campaign. Notably, the European beat Bangladesh in the 2021 edition to start their campaign. At the time of writing, Ireland and Zimbabwe are playing each other in Hobart.

Talking about the Super 12 round, it will begin with last year’s finalists, Australia and New Zealand playing each other. The game will be played on October 22 at the Sydney Cricket Ground. On the same day, the 2010 winners, England and Afghanistan will open their campaign in the showpiece event. Meanwhile, the India and Pakistan fans will be eagerly waiting for the sun to rise on October 23. After all, the Asian rivals will meet each other on the day at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
