Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo have been two of the biggest superstars in T20 cricket over the years. The two have played the game in various leagues for different franchises. The two cricketers from the West Indies are good friends and often have funny banters. There have been instances where the two All-rounders have trolled each other for fun.
The first such instance was during the 2012 season of the Indian Premier League. As Chennai Super Kings knocked Mumbai Indians out of the tournament in the Eliminator, Dwayne Bravo dismissed Kieron Pollard and gave a sendoff to the former West Indies captain. Bravo gestured ‘Aeroplane’ celebration towards Pollard and asked him to fly home.
Since then, the two have constantly had funny banters against each other. When each of them won trophies with different teams in various leagues, they funnily came against each other. The two have retired from international cricket, but still play cricket in some of the leagues. They have also coached in some leagues.

Kieron Pollard gives back to Dwayne Bravo
In the ongoing Major League Cricket (MLC), the two have been in the dugout of MI New York and Texas Super Kings respectively. In the challenger game between the two sides, MI New York won the game by 6 wickets and knocked Texas Super Kings out of the tournament. The game had a lot of exciting elements including a 104 meter six from Jahangir of MI New York.
After the match, Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard met each other again. It was Pollard’s moment to shine, as MI had beaten Super Kings. The 36-year-old gestured ‘Aeroplane’ celebration; the same way Bravo had celebrated in 2012 when Chennai had knocked out Mumbai. The two recalled the incident and had a laugh. After the celebration of Pollard, Bravo congratulated his friend on the win. As New York knocked Super Kings out of the tournament, they will now face Seattle Orcas in the final of the inaugural season of the Major Cricket League.
