The Oscar-award-winning song 'Naatu Naatu' is trending everywhere and its beats and choreography have prompted people to give it a try. The South Indian style of folk dance performed with percussion has gone viral across the globe and the vibe has also reached the ongoing Legends League cricket (LLC) Masters. Former India cricketers Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina tried out the famous hook step of the Golden Globe-winning song during the fifth match of LLC 2023 on Wednesday, March 15.

India Maharajas lost to World Giants by 3 wickets in the second-last fixture of the league stage at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium, Doha. Although Maharajas suffered their third loss of the season on Wednesday night, they kept the fans entertained. In a video that surfaced on social media, Harbhajan, who led the team in the absence of Gautam Gambhir and Raina, paid tribute to the RRR movie song by shaking their feet.

Raina and Harbhajan were inevitable stars for Team India and both were part of the team that lifted the Cricket Governing Body's ODI World Cup in 2011. Raina, the first Indian batter to score a century in all three formats, was one of the best fielders India has ever produced. The all-rounder, known as Mr IPL, was the stalwart of the Chennai franchise when they lifted four titles in the Indian T20 League. Harbhajan, meanwhile, has led the Indian team's spin bowling unit with over 700 wickets in a career spanning over two decades. The right-arm off-spin bowler is also a member of parliament in the Rajya Sabha.

India Maharajas is enduring a tough time in the latest edition of LLC as they have managed only one win so far. Gambhir, who has been impressive in previous matches, was benched in their last match, but Manvinder Bisla and Raina led their team to a respectable score of 136. Former Aussie speedster Brett Lee took 3 wickets conceding just 18 runs in his three overs.

In reply, Universal boss Chris Gayle smashed 57 runs off 46 balls and former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson scored a quickfire 26 runs off 16 balls to lead Giants to victory. Yusuf Pathan shone with the ball for the Maharajas, conceding just 14 runs in his four overs and picking up two wickets.
