In the Eliminator game of the Caribbean Premier League 2023, the Jamaica Tallawahs beat the Saint Lucia Kings by five wickets. In a low-scoring game, West Indies all-rounder Fabian Allan single-handedly led the Jamaica Tallawahs to victory. With his amazing bowling performance, Allan helped the Tallawahs restrict SLK to a below-par total of 125/9 in 20 overs.
Allan, in his spell, clinched four wickets, including those of highest-run scorer Roston Chase and SLK skipper Sikandar Raza. In the 16th over of the game, Allan dismissed both Chase and Raza within three balls. However, what was crazy was his unique celebration. After dismissing Raza, Allan showcased his amazing footwork with a unique celebration. In a glitch-like celebration, Allan covered some yards by dragging his feet fast.
Here is the video of Fabian Allan:

Jamaica Tallawahs qualifies for Qualifier 2
Chasing a below-par total, Tallawahs got the best possible start. Opener Brandon King and Alex Hales added 43 runs for the first wicket. However, Jamaica faced a few hiccups when Matthew Forde clinched two back-to-back wickets. However, Hales, along with R. Reifer, took charge of the game and led the Jamaica Tallawahs to a comfortable victory. With this loss, the Saint Lucia Kings are eliminated from the ongoing tournament.
Meanwhile, the Jamaica Tallawahs will wait for the results of the Qualifier 1 game between the Guyana Amazon Warriors and the Trinbago Knight Riders. The winner of the match will directly qualify for the finals of the CPL 2023, while the losing team will face the Jamaica Tallawahs in Qualifier 2. The winner of Qualifier 2 will then join the finalists in the finals on Sunday, September 24th.
