Virat Kohli would look to make an impact in the Delhi Test
Meanwhile, the 2008 U19 World Cup-winning skipper is still looking for runs in Test cricket. For most parts of last year, Kohli was struggling for runs across formats. However, since the Men's Asia Cup last year, the Delhi player has managed to get big runs in white-ball cricket.
On the other hand, Virat is still struggling with his form in the longest format. Since the England tour in 2021, he is yet to score a fifty in the format. Talking about his centuries, that came against Bangladesh in 2019. Since then, the two-time World Championship winner has been struggling irrespective of the bowling attack. Meanwhile, he will play his next game at his home ground.
The last time he played a Test at this ground, he scored a double-hundred against Sri Lanka in late 2017. He might look back at the innings and would love to do the same.
