Pant has suffered injuries on his forehead and leg

Pant claimed that the car went out of control while he was driving because of his falling asleep. According to the Director General of Police, Pant was driving solo when the accident took place and he had to break a window to escape. Pant suffered grievous injuries to his forehead and leg. Once the police had received the information, Superintendent of Police Dehat Swapna Kishore Singh reached the spot.

Dr Sushil Nagar, chairman of Saksham Hospital, informed that Rishabh Pant is out of danger and is in stable condition. The onlookers who were present at the spot said that the vehicle came in contact with the railing and caught fire. The fire was doused with great difficulty. Pant suffered heavy injuries after the accident. He was taken to Saksham Hospital on Delhi Road.

Pant had been in great form in Test match cricket. He has been India's best batter in the longest format. The Left-hander has scored Test Hundreds in England and Australia and has changed India's Test game in the middle order with his aggressive Test match batting.  He has also vastly improved in his wicketkeeping skills across formats.
