Urvashi Rautela, the Bollywood actress, has once again hit the headlines after an Instagram post that fans are going crazy over. With regards to the recent post that she posted on October 9, Sunday, Rautela said in the caption that she was travelling to Australia following her 'heart'.
For the unversed, Rautela came up with a birthday post for a mysterious person on the same day Rishabh Pant celebrated his birthday. Pant, who turned 25 on Tuesday, on the other hand, is in Australia to take part in the upcoming 20-20 World Cup 2022. Fans keep connecting the dots and opining that Rautela is indeed following the southpaw keenly.

The saga has been going on for a while and it all started when the actress gave an interview with Bollywood Hungama. In the interview, Rautela said that a guy named ‘RP’ was waiting to meet her in Delhi for a whole night and she dozed off owing to fatigue. The controversy escalated when Pant hit back calling out "people craving attention" with an Instagram story that he deleted in a quick time.
"It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are so thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them," Pant posted in his deleted Instagram story, earlier in August.
Pant is yet to play impactful T20I innings for India in 2022
The southpaw did play a few games this year but he is yet to play an impactful inning for team India. Despite his proven batting prowess, Pant has not been able to bring out his best in the shortest format of late. Commenting on his T20I records this year, Pant has played 21 matches and scored 338 runs at an average of 26. Much to the dreariness of the management, Pant has scored only one fifty to his name this year in the format.
The rise of Dinesh Karthik, on the other hand, is proving to be a headache for the 25-year-old. The southpaw will have to overcome his chagrin and prove a point in the showpiece event in Australia. As it stands, it remains to see if Pant would find his lost glory in the tournament. As far as India are concerned, they will open their 20-20 World Cup account against Pakistan on October 23 at Melbourne Cricket Ground.
