The Kabaddi fever has taken over the entire India as Pro Kabaddi League has returned to enthral the crowd with riveting raids and defence. The first week of the event was an action-packed affair with several big names putting their immaculate Kabaddi skills on display, making the crowd roar in the stands. As the tournament moves to its second week, let’s take a look at the top three players with the most raid points in the tournament so far.

3. Maninder Singh

The star Raider of Bengal Warriors has 29 raid points in three games. He is the captain and lead raider of Bengal Warriors in the Pro Kabaddi League. Maninder Singh is regarded as one of the best raiders in the league. He led Bengal Warriors to their maiden PKL trophy in 2019. Bengal Warriors will next face Pink Panthers on 18th October.

2. Surender Gill

The star Raider of UP Yoddhas has 33 points in three matches. He made his debut in the seventh season of the competition. He scored 198 points from 23 matches last season in 2021. Gill has been playing for the UP Yoddhas since 2019. He is fondly called Naveen Express on air. Up Yoddhas will next face Bengaluru Bulls on 16th October.

Naveen Kumar has emerged as the top raider in the first week of Pro Kabaddi League Season 9, having secured 41 raid points in three matches for his team Dabang Delhi. The star raider has already made a hat-trick of super 10s in the first three matches itself.

Dabang Delhi’s captain, Naveen has raced to 700 career raid points in just 64 matches and became the fastest in PKL history. This season, Naveen has 41 raid points to his name, eight more than the second-best raider, UP Yoddhas’ Surender Gill, who has 33 raid points to his name. Dabang Delhi will next face Telugu Titans on 15th October.
