The tenth match of the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2022 will see a top-of-the-table clash between Madurai Panthers and Nellai Royal Kings.

Match ten of the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2022 will see a top-of-the-table clash between Madurai Panthers and Nellai Royal Kings. The Kings are placed at the top of the table having won all three games in the tournament so far. On the other hand, the Panthers are in second place having won both their games in the tournament so far. Both the teams will be looking to continue with their winning momentum.

The Panthers have had a good outing with the ball so far in the tournament. They stopped Chepauk Super Gillies in their opening match at 135 runs and bowled out Lyca Kovai Kings for 151 runs in their second match. Kiran Akash was the pick of the bowlers in the first match picking up 3 wickets for 34 runs while R Silambarasan picked up 3 wickets for 28 runs in 4 overs in their second game. Balchander Anirudh shined with the bat scoring 58 off 41 balls in the first game while captain NS Chaturved top-scored with 75 off 45 balls in the second game.

Nellai Royal Kings

The Kings have also fancied chasing in the tournament so far having two of their games batting second. They batted first in the first match but ended up chasing a total in the super-over.

Sanjay Yadav has been in sublime form with both bat and ball in the tournament so far. He scored 87 (47) in the opening encounter against Chepauk Super Gillies and picked up 2 wickets as well with the ball. He again scored a blistering 55 off just 19 balls in the third match.
