India has been outclassed in two days of the WTC final at the hands of Australia. First, the Pat Cummins-led side posted a huge total on the board (469) and later knocked India's batting lineup down on the second day.

Steve Smith (121) and Travis Head (163) were the heroes with the bat in the first inning as they took Australia to a massive total. India would have expected to bat well on the Oval surface that seemed to favour the batters in the first innings. However, the expectation were turned on its head as Australia bowlers continued to run through India's batting lineup on the second day of the Test match.

India veterans Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli dn Chetwshwar Pujara had no answers for the fiery Australian bowling as they fell like a pack of cards on the English pitch. Although the performance by these batters was poor on the pitch, many have begun taking offence to what Virat Kohli did after getting out in the first inning.

After going back to the pavilion, Kohli was seen eating from a plate and talking to his teammates. As soon as this image was posted online, many fans took offence to it and started bashing the Indian superstar.

Here's how Twitter reacted to the image of Virat Kohli having food after losing his wicket:

Australia humbling down India

Day 2 of the WTC final belonged to Australia yet again as they posted a huge total of 469 on the board and dismissed half of India's batting lineup at just 151. Steve Smith and Travis Head were the heroes of the first inning as they both posted a century and helped Australia achieve a great total.

As for India's batting, it all went from bad to worse as veteran batters lost their wicket quite cheaply. India need to make at least 270 to avoid the follow-on in their first inning. Currently, Ajinkya Rahane (29) and KS Bharat (5) are batting at the crease and would need to play some exceptional inning if India has any chance to win.
