The second edition of the World Test Championship final is just around the corner, with India and Australia vying for their maiden title in the longest format of the game. The Rohit Sharma-led India will lock horns against Pat Cummins' Australia at The Oval in London from June 7-11.
India and Australia finished as the top two teams in the WTC 2021-2023 points table and advanced to the summit clash. The Kangaroos took first place in the standings with a points percentage of 66.67, while the Men in Blue finished in second place with a points percentage of 58.8.
While the battle to decide the champions of red-ball cricket came down to the two heavyweights of international cricket, other teams also played some brilliant cricket throughout the season. On that note, let's look at the records that were made during this period.
