Ravichandran Ashwin comes up with a hilarious tweet after a fan called him 'Anna Bhaiyya'

Australia faced an embarrassing loss against India in the first match of the four-match Test series in Nagpur. India defeated the Kangaroos by an inning and 132 runs. The result of the first Test came out within three days. India’s premium spinner Ravichandran Ashwin bowled brilliantly in the match. Ashwin bowled a devastating spell of 12 overs and claimed 5 wickets for 37 runs as India bowled out the Aussies for just 91 runs in the second innings.

Ashwin performed brilliantly in the first test. He took 3 wickets in the first innings and 5 wickets in the second innings. Apart from this, Ashwin also played an important inning of 23 runs in the match as he came to bat at no.3 as a night watchman. After the match, Ashwin took to his Twitter handle and came up with a hilarious tweet as he revealed that one of the fans in Nagpur called him ‘Anna Bhaiya’.

In the second innings, Ashwin dismissed Australian opener Usman Khawaja in the very first over. After this, the Australian batters could not recover and kept losing wickets one after the other. Due to this the Indian team won in the second session of the third day. The Indian skipper was the only centurion from the match as he smashed his 9^th Test century and first as Test captain.

Ashwin also talked about how Ravindra Jadeja's presence helped the team and said he is in phenomenal form. He said that he is so thankful that he got a partner like him. He said that the team has a good set of spinners who can bat as well.

"Massive help is an understatement. He's been in phenomenal form. The way he's batted, the way he's bowled and we don't have to talk about how well he moves in the field. He's been a fantastic cricketer. I'm so thankful for the fact that I've got a partner like him to be bowling alongside me and Axar is no ordinary bowler either. We've got a very good set of spinners and all of us who can bat."
