Pakistan Prime Minister gives a strong reply over the 'Mr Bean' dig by the Zimbabwe President after Chevrons victory over Pakistan.

Pakistan comedian Asif Muhammad had travelled to Zimbabwe in 2016 posing as Mr Bean. Now it has come back into focus when Zimbabwe beat Paksitan by one run. After the win, Zimbabwean President Emerson took a dig at Pakistan saying  "Next time, send the real Mr Bean" and then within a couple of hours, Pakistan Prime Minister Shebaz Sharif responded to it saying, "have a habit of bouncing back."

"We may not have the real Mr Bean, but we have real cricketing spirit .. and we Pakistanis have a funny habit of bouncing back :) Mr President: Congratulations. Your team played really well today," the Pakistan Prime Minister wrote on Twitter.

The Pakistan Cricket Board uploaded a post of the Pakistan players training ahead of the Zimbabwe game. to which a Twitter user, named Ngugi Chasura responded by saying, "As Zimbabweans, we won't forgive you...you once gave us that Fraud Pak Bean instead of Mr Bean Rowan... we will settle the matter tomorrow just pray the rains will save you...#ZIMVSPAK."

The above tweet sparked a lot of reactions on social media, and it went so far as to earn the tag of the ‘Mr Bean Derby’ with regard to the encounter between Pakistan and Zimbabwe.

With regards to the match, Pakistan lost a close encounter with Zimbabwe by one run in the last over off the last ball of the match. The Chevrons were successful in defending a modest total of 130-8 as Pakistan was restricted to 129-8.

Mohammad Nawaz was in the firing line again as a horror tournament continues for him. He made a quickfire 22 off 18 balls with one four and one six, but he was dismissed off the penultimate ball of the match by Brad Evans. Shaheen Afridi was dismissed off the final ball of the match which gave way to a famous win for Zimbabwe against Pakistan. "I really, truly believe in this group of boys," Player of the Match Raza told reporters.
