The 34-year-old is currently the fielder with the most number of catches in the ODI World Cup for India, along with Anil Kumble. The former Indian cricketer had claimed 14 catches from 18 appearances in the tournament. In his career, Kumble played the ODI World Cup from 1996 to 2003. In as many editions, Kumble claimed the most number of catches for India.
