Deepak Chahar has been in and around the Indian Team for quite some time. He will be a vital part of the bowling attack for India against Bangladesh in the three-match ODI series. Chahar will be expected to provide vital strikes with the new ball for the Men in Blue. However, his arrival in Bangladesh has been a big story in itself.

Chahar was miffed after he did not have the best of experiences when he took a flight to Dhaka from Christchurch and he was accompanied by Shikhar Dhawan, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant, Washington Sundar and Shardul Thakur. Chahar said that his flight was changed suddenly without any notice and even though he booked a business class ticket.

The India pacer is still awaiting his luggage with less than 24 hours to go in the first ODI. "Had a worse experience travelling with Malaysia airlines @MAS .first they changed our flight without telling us and no food in Business class. Now we have been waiting for our luggage from last 24 hours. Imagine we have a game to play tomorrow,". Chahar tweeted.

This is what Malaysian Airlines said about the flight change, "May be unavoidable due to operational, weather-related, and technical reasons. We apologise for the inconvenience caused," the airline replied on Twitter about the flight change.

"A representative from our Customer Relations team will be in touch with you soon, to follow up on your feedback. You will receive a case reference number once you submitted the feedback form. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience," The airline said in a tweet.

Chahar did not disclose whether his teammates had gone through the same amount of difficulty. India will tour Bangladesh for the first time since 2018. The tour will consist of three ODIs and two Test matches. Bangladesh will try to upset an Indian side who have not been at their best in ODIs. India will look to get momentum after losing their last ODI series to New Zealand.
