India is on track to reach the Asia Cup 2023 finals after beating Pakistan on Monday. If Rohit Sharma and his men beat Sri Lanka on Tuesday they will confirm their place in the final to be played on Sunday. India had won the toss and chose to bat first against Sri Lanka in the game on Tuesday.

Pakistan began the Super-Four stage with a 7-wicket win over Bangladesh. The next game saw Sri Lanka beat Bangladesh by 21 runs at Colombo. This loss dumped Bangladesh out of the Asia Cup 2023 tournament.

Sri Lanka and Pakistan will face off on Thursday in Colombo. A loss for Sri Lanka on Tuesday will make this game a virtual semi-final for both teams. India will close out their Super-Four campaign with a game against Bangladesh on Friday.
