MS Dhoni is away from the cricket field and enjoying his time away from the game. The former India skipper was last seen playing for CSK during the 2023 IPL season. It was under the captaincy of MS Dhoni that Chennai won its fifth title. This is the joint most along with Mumbai Indians.

Indian cricket fans are awaiting the start of the 2023 ODI World Cup. MS Dhoni was the last captain that led to a title win in 2011. India had beaten Sri Lanka in the final by 6 wickets in the final in Mumbai.

MS Dhoni has been a constant presence on social media over the last few months. The 42-year-old was seen watching the US Open action. There were also reports and videos of Dhoni helping a young cricketer. The former Indian skipper gave a bike ride to a young hopeful to get to practice in Ranchi.

Speculations were rife about the future of MS Dhoni during the 2023 IPL. After leading Chennai to their fifth title, there was good news for cricket fans. CSK’s skipper had said that he intends to be back for the next season.

It was during the 2019 ODI World Cup that MS Dhoni played his last game for India. The former skipper scored 50 runs in the semi-finals against New Zealand.
