Carlo Henrique Casemiro is one of the most talked about football stars these days as the buzz about him going to Manchester United has spread like wildfire. The buzz is now a piece of confirmed news as the Spanish club announced the transfer in a statement. Casemiro even attended a presser and said that he needed to experience a different culture.
Before the Brazilian midfielder was roped in, Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona and Adrien Rabiot from Juventus were tried out. The Old Trafford manager Erik ten Hag was desperate to bring in an aggressive midfielder in the setup and has finally settled for the Brazilian.
The 30-year-old will earn around a whopping 18 million euros per year during his stay with the club for four years. The deal was closed with a total of 70 million euros for the player, a British media report read. The documents have already been signed and the United FC might announce him as the new signing soon. Needless to say of his records, Casemiro is one of the best midfielders at the moment.

The Red Devils' only concern will be the player's lack of pace. The Brazilian's comfort zone is defending within his box and might have to improve further. He lacks pace when it comes to passing the ball and might become a headache for the United FC.
I'm looking forward to this new challenge: Carlo Casemiro
In the leaving ceremony organized by Los Blancos, Casemiro said that he'll still enjoy The Whites' goals. He expressed his love for the club and stated that it'll always be his home. While attending a presser post-leaving ceremony, he revealed his desire to adapt to a different culture.
"I'm looking for a new challenge and new objectives. I want to try a different league and a different culture. I've made history at this club, it's not going to change. I have to prove myself at Manchester United. I've won nothing there and I want to help the team. I want to like I've helped at Madrid. I'm looking forward to this new challenge," he said in the presser.
