Former England cricketer Michael Atherton will be one of the commentators for the upcoming three-match Test series between England and Pakistan in Pakistan.
Atherton in a tweet on his official Twitter handle tweeted a video with the caption, “Looking forward to going back to Pakistan to watch Test cricket again.”
The video attached to the tweet shows a park filled with Pakistani youth of varied ages playing cricket. The video also has uplifting audio attached to it.

Former cricketers David Gower and Nasser Hussain are also reported to be part of the commentary panel for the upcoming tour. Waqar Younis, Urooj Mumtaz and Bazid Khan are included in the commentary panel from the Pakistan side.
Sikandar Bakht and Zainab Abbas will feature as presenters. England captain Ben Stokes has been upbeat about the three-match Test series against Pakistan.
“I'm very excited," Stokes was quoted as saying by The National. “The summer went really well for us in conditions that I know, and we all know as a team, so it's exciting to come away somewhere completely different in sub-continent conditions where whatever team tours finds it very difficult. It's going to be completely different to the summer,” concluded the all-rounder.
The Test series begins on 1 December 2022 at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Here are the squads for Pakistan and England.
