The Legends League Cricket 2022 is underway and the veteran legends are turning back the clock with notable performances. The players who have retired proved that they still have the grit and the strength to play competitive cricket.
The special game between World Giants and India Maharajas turned out to be a great one. Legends like Harbhajan Singh, Muttiah Muralitharan, Yusuf Pathan, and Irfan Pathan were all part of the match.
After the cracking game, the legends came together to share a frame. The highlight of the image would be Harbhajan Singh and S Sreesanth standing together. After seeing the duo together, it takes one back to the 2008 ‘slapgate’ scandal in the Indian T20 League.
Harbhajan Singh slapped S Sreesanth post a match between the Punjab franchise and the Mumbai franchise. The spinner had to go through a lot of criticism for the same and was banned from the rest of the tournament. It got even worse for him when he missed a few international matches as well.
Let’s take a look at the great photo:

Harbhajan Singh and S Sreesanth join hands for Legends League Cricket 2022
The duo played for India Maharajas together after a long time. While the spinner only, recently, walked away from the Indian T20 League, S Sreesanth bowled in the Indian T20 League long time back.
The pacer has been out of touch for a long time, albeit he bowled a bit in a few domestic matches. However, all ended well for India Maharajas as they won the match to make it even more special.
The picture spoke a million words and proved that all is well between the two. Barring the special match, the duo will further take part in the tournament but for different teams. S Sreesanth will play for Bhilwara Tigers while Harbhajan Singh will play for Manipal Tigers.
The expectations are high as far as the tournament is considered. Fans expect a cracker from the vintage legends and the first match between India Capitals and Gujarat Giants vindicated that further.
