Speaking of the match, Bangladesh Cricket Board chief Jalal Yunus has said that the charismatic Virat Kohli gifted a bat to Litton Das after the game against India in praise of his stroke-filled knock.
Litton Das is a Brillant player- Jalal Yunus
"When we were sitting in the dining hall, Virat Kohli came and gifted a bat to Litton. According to me, it was a moment of inspiration for Litton. Litton is a class batter. We have seen him play classical shots. He is a brilliant player in Tests and ODIs. Recently, he has started playing well in T20Is as well," Yunus was quoted as saying by BD Crictime.
Kohli had a good knock against Bangladesh where he scored an unbeaten 64 off 44 balls. He has had a good 20-20 World Cup so far and he has scored three 50+ knocks from four innings. The Indian Team are almost sure of qualifying to the semi-finals of the 20-20 World Cup, but they would need a win against Zimbabwe to solidify their chances.
India have had a good run so far getting three wins from four games except for the defeat to South Africa. The batting is looking in good shape, but they would need their bowling to come good in the crunch games and would also need to field well and take their catches to do well if they qualify for the semi-finals.
