Former India captain MS Dhoni is enjoying his time off cricket as he’s indulging in some farming these days. The ‘Captain cool’ shared a video with his fans through his Instagram handle on Wednesday where he can be seen driving a tractor to plough the field at his farmhouse in Ranchi.
He captioned the post, ''Nice to learn something new but took way too long to finish the work.'' It was Dhoni’s first post in over two years.

The video was loved by his fans immensely on social media as it fetched over 33 lakh likes. Ever since he retired from international cricket, Dhoni has been engaging in farming activities, where he grows organically grown fruits and vegetables in his farmhouse. In his last post, the wicketkeeper-batter was seen plucking strawberries from his farm and eating them.
Meanwhile, MS Dhoni will be seen back in action in this year’s Indian T20 League. Ahead of the season, there have been many speculations on the retirement of the World Cup-winning captain from all forms of cricket. Dhoni had previously revealed in an interview that he will happily retire after playing his final game for the Chennai Franchise at their home ground M. Chidambaram stadium in Chennai.

With the Indian T20 League set to take place in the home and away format next year, the season could well turn out to be the last one for the 41-year-old veteran. Under Dhoni’s leadership, Chennai have clinched four titles of the Indian T20 League and are the second most successful franchise after Mumbai.
After finishing at the 9th position in the points table last season, Chennai will be looking for a dramatic turnaround and give a winning farewell to the ‘Captain Cool’. They have roped in England Test skipper and premier all-rounder Ben Stokes for a whopping ₹16.25 crore at the mini-auction held in December 2022. Apart from Stokes, Chennai also roped in two big names in the form of Ajinkya Rahane and Kyle Jamieson to strengthen their team.
