Leading India to greater heights, his 15-year career was decorated with three major international trophies and five Indian Premier League titles. Even after retiring from international cricket in 2020, his fandom has not diminished and wishes are pouring in from the cricket fraternity for their beloved 'Thala'.

Dhoni made his debut in 2004 and amazed everyone with his fearless batting approach. Young Dhoni, with his long hair and signature helicopter style, established a place in the hearts of millions of fans around the world. The Ranchi-born cricketer has represented India in 350 ODIs, 98 T20Is and 95 Tests, scoring 10,773, 1617 and 4,876 runs respectively. He made the shocking announcement of his retirement from international cricket in 2020, leaving his fans in tears. However, the right-hander still continues to entertain fans in the IPL.

In 250 matches for CSK, Dhoni has scored over 5000 runs with a strike rate of 135.92 and 25 half-centuries. The man who led the Chennai-based franchise to five-time glory as one of the most successful franchises is undoubtedly the 'heartbeat of CSK'. Although IPL 2023 is rumored to be his last dance as a player, Dhoni has not made such a statement and his fans hope to see him in the next edition as well.
