In the Indian T20 league, the biggest hitters of the ball are arguably AB de Villiers and Keiron Pollard. De Villers is the king in the Indian T20 league because of his ability to score runs on a consistent basis. As he has the power, he anticipates what the bowler is looking to do and adopts accordingly. ABD also has the ability of getting the ball to areas which are the least scored at the ground. This is the hallmark of Ab de Villiers. It is also his unique characteristic as a player.
The other batter is Kieron Pollard who is famous for his big-hitting prowess and the ability to clear any ground in the world at any point in time. They have been the greatest finishers during their time at the Indian T20 league. The big support from the fans that the franchise of Mumbai and Bangalore used to get was because of the presence of De Villiers and Kieron Pollard.
The two players have the ability to change the outcome of a game single-handedly. AB quit from the Indian T20 league when he announced his retirement from international cricket last year. As for Pollard, he was out of touch in the 2022 edition. Meanwhile, former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has chosen two bowlers who he thinks can dismiss Pollard and ABD.
He named Jasprit Bumrah and Lasith Malinga as he trump cards to take on Ab de Villiers and Kieron Pollard and both the bowlers have been the go-to people in the Indian T20 league and are always looked upon to break partnerships by taking wickets.
On Twitter, he replied to a Tweet which asked cricket fans about their choice of bowlers to defend 10 runs in the final over, with AB de Villiers and Kieron Pollard at the crease. The Turbanator quoted the tweet, and replied, “

in 13 T20 innings against Bumrah, De Villiers has been dismissed him on three occasions and has a strike rate of 147.05. The former Proteas captain has dominated Malinga in the shortest format with a strike rate of 194.73, while giving his wicket away only a single time. Such has been the dominance of AB against the world-class bowlers.
When it comes to Pollard, he has faced Bumrah in only four T20 innings, but has been dismissed on two occasions. The Windies all-rounder has a strike rate of 118.18. In six innings against Malinga, the former Caribbean all-rounder has played with a strike rate of 136.66, and found a way to be dismissed on just one instance.
